Shower In Cold Water & Shut Down The BBQ Grills - They Are Causing Global Warming!

Senator Ted Cruz is 100% correct in this short video.  As he states in the video above its the very same people who went around preaching that we are all fixing to freeze to death in the 1970's from a coming "Ice Age", that are now claiming that we are all going to die due to the effects of Global Warming...because we created and caused it. That theory proved to be wrong in the 70's, so now these same folks have changed their narrative to "Climate Change". When the catch phrase of 'Global Warming' didn't work out so good for them then they recently changed it to "Climate Change".  This stuff does not take rocket science to figure out folks. The Climate Change Agenda is not based on settled and established science but on politics. This is all about the powers to be in our  government  taking complete control of every aspect of our lives.  Quote:   “My view actually is simple,” Cruz said. “Debates on this should follo

GFS Temperature Anomaly Forecast. Valid @ 6 PM MDT Saturday. GFS Maximum Temperature Forecast. Valid @ 6 PM MDT Saturday. Peak Winds Recorded Wednesday Evening. A fast moving late season cold front barreled southward down the eastern plains of New Mexico and into southeastern New Mexico yesterday afternoon and evening. Northerly wind gusts of 50+ mph were clocked. Areas of blowing dust were also noted. Cooler air has settled in over the region so lows Friday morning will be in the 30's. Contrast this with our forecast high temperatures in the mid-upper 80's for Saturday. Carlsbad's latest NWS forecast calls for our first 90-degree day.  The Truth Is Stranger Than Fiction!

A Wet Spring For New Mexico?

Image
21-Day Rainfall Totals. (March 1st - March 22nd). We are off to a wet start for March precipitation-wise locally. Here at our home in Carlsbad I've already measured .59" compared to the long term average (1900-2014) for Carlsbad of  .47". Typically March is one of our driest months of the year so its always a good thing to see rain fall during this month. This brings my year-to-date total to 2.35" compared to our long term average in Carlsbad (Jan - March) of  1.31". Take a look at the long range spring outlook below that was compiled by the Albuquerque NWS Office . Its interesting that they use 1941 as one of the analog years to compare how wet this spring may be in New Mexico. That was the wettest year in New Mexico's history.  Spring Outlook For New Mexico.
