Time Lapse GIf Of The Cold Fronts Progress South And East.




Here is a time lapse gif depicting the arctic cold fronts progress to the south and east from midnight last night through Noon MDT Saturday. Current model forecasts indicate that the front should arrive in Southeastern New Mexico between sunset and midnight tonight. Most of the local area will see a 30 to 40-degree drop in temperatures Friday compared to today's highs which are forecast to be in the upper 80's to low 90's. Highs locally on Friday will only be in the 40's and 50's.
