Many favorable severe weather factors appear to be coming together for a significant outbreak of severe thunderstorms Wednesday. There remains some questions as to just exactly where the outbreak will occur, but generally speaking it initially will break across North Texas northward into Oklahoma. This area currently appears to be ground zero. This may change between now and Wednesday, but if I lived anywhere in these areas, Id be on my toes and very alert from today into Wednesday!

Once again severe weather will break out today into Wednesday. Wednesday will likely have the highest chances of seeing a significant widespread severe weather outbreak from Central Texas northeastward to near the Chicago area. Very large hail, damaging thunderstorm wind gusts, and tornadoes will be a distinct possibility, but especially within the Moderate Risk shaded area.
