A strong closed upper level low is forecast to move into western Arizona by Friday. Disturbances ejecting northeastward out of this low will interact with the dryline on Friday. Severe thunderstorms will be possible along and near the New Mexico Texas state line. This includes northeastern, eastern, and southeastern New Mexico and eastward into West Texas.
