Frost Advisory For The Southern Sacramento Mtn's Tonight.

Without a doubt the meteorological fall will make its presence known later tonight into tomorrow morning. A seasonably chilly night is on tap for the local area.

Believe it or not but a Frost Advisory has been issued by the El Paso/Santa Teresa National Weather Service Office for the  higher elevations of the southern Sacramento Mountains. Overnight low temps are forecast to drop down to around 30F for places like Cloudcroft and Sunspot.

Seasonably cool temps are also expected across the southeastern plains by sunrise tomorrow morning. Forecast low temps for Roswell, Artesia, Carlsbad, Hobbs, and Tatum are expected to be in the upper 40's to the low 50's. A few spots may drop a few degrees lower. The Ruidoso area is looking at lows near 40F, with of course, the higher sheltered mountains valley locations even colder.

The Truth Is Stranger Than Fiction!
