Although the rodent ( Punxsutawney Phil ) saw his shadow today on Gobbler's Knob, located in west-central Pennsylvania, winter is not over according to this mornings computer model forecasts. Both the U.S. GFS model and the European (ECMWF) model are forecasting a rather strong winter storm to affect the state next weekend.
