Afternoon T-Storms Across The Sacramento Mtn's Yesterday. 

Scattered t-storms developed across the Sacramento Mountains yesterday afternoon. A few locals picked up some heavy rainfall. The Dark Ridge Observatory located near Weed measured 1.43" of rain, while a CoCoRaHS station located 2.3 miles south of Cloudcroft picked up 1.42". A personal weather station in Pierce Canyon south of Cloudcroft measured 1.07" of rain.

 A CoCoRaHS station located 1.8 miles SW of Cloudcroft measured .62". The Hodge Podge Lodge located between Ruidoso and Ruidoso Downs picked up .40" of rainfall.  Lighter amounts fell at many other reporting stations in the mountains.

Late - Night T-Storms Across The SE NM Plains.

T-storms erupted across the area late yesterday evening and continued into the morning hours today. The heaviest amount reported occurred at the Caprock Raws where 1.19" of rainfall was measured as of 7 AM MDT. My brother picked up .25" at his farm/ranch 0.9 miles NE of Lakewood. A CoCoRaHS station in Queen (33.3 WSW of Carlsbad) measured  .22", while the Carlsbad Caverns climate coop station measured .21". Many other lighter totals were reported across the area.
