Hot With Hit & Miss T-Storms.

My personal weather station in our backyard. Flash back to
Christmas 2011 when we had a foot of snow on the ground.
I recorded a high temp yesterday of 102°F and a low this
morning of 72°F

(Radar Estimates Verses Reported Totals).

(As Of 6:45 AM MDT This Morning).

A couple of lone thunderstorms popped up just south and southwest of Carlsbad yesterday afternoon, and northeast of Cloudcroft along the east slopes of the Sacramento's. More storms fired up last night over and near Guadalupe Peak. The Dog Canyon Raws measured .98" while the Bowl Raws just north of Guadalupe Peak measured .87". But as you can see from the maps above most of the rain missed the rain gauge network.

The Truth Is Stranger Than Fiction!
