Our northern areas may be under the gun later this afternoon and evening for the risk of severe thunderstorms. This potential for severe thunderstorms will have to be monitored closely in case there is a shift further southward, and westward, with any severe thunderstorm activity...which could potentially affect parts of southeastern New Mexico.
