A southward moving cold front has entered the local area early this morning. So today will be cooler with highs mostly in the 50's. A weak upper level storm dropping southward through the state may generate some light rain rain showers this afternoon and tonight over southeastern New Mexico. Snow levels will be fairly high also with this storm so locations above about 9,000' may pick up a couple inches of new snowfall.
