Heavy Rains Fall South Of Hope Wednesday Afternoon.

Slow moving training thunderstorms drenched the area just south and southeast of Hope in northwestern Eddy County Wednesday afternoon. The Klein's reported 4.10" of rain from the storms. Localized flash flooding was the result. Radar estimated over three inches but this appears to be low since the storms were just on the edge of the Cannon AFB radars 124 nautical mile range.
