A Few Snow Flurries Flying In The Wind.

Rising Moon Over Indian Basin 1-18-2011.

Colder Today.

A few snow flurries are flying around in the wind here at my home in Carlsbad early this morning. Local radars are also painting a few areas of light snow across eastern and southeastern New Mexico as of 6 AM MST. What you see, or don't see, this morning, will be what you get. It won't amount to much and will be gone before noon.

We are looking at high temps today in the mid-upper 40's. Tonight will be seasonably cold as skies clear, and the wind dies down. Most overnight lows will be in the teens to near 20.
