Hard Freeze Tonight - Peak Winds Saturday.

Hard Freeze For The Area Tonight.

Valid At 6 AM MST Monday November 12, 2012.

Our skies will clear by this afternoon and most of us will see afternoon highs in the upper 50's to near 60. Snow fell across the northern mountains of the state yesterday and overnight. For a listing of the totals as well as additional peak winds gusts recorded yesterday please visit this link courtesy of the Albuquerque NWS Office.

A colder airmass is settling in over the area this morning. With clear skies, calm winds, and a dry and colder airmass in place, we will see our local temperatures plummet tonight. A Freeze Warning is in effect through tomorrow morning. Most of southeastern New Mexico will see low temps overnight tonight into tomorrow morning in the 20's, with a few teens in the normally colder valley locations.

  1. Great graphics again...especially the 2nd to last of forecast temps. I think using the fireplace again tonight is in order!
