Tropical Storm Helene Forms In The SW Gulf Of Mexico,




Tropical Storm Helene had formed in the southwest Gulf of Mexico. As of 3:30 PM MDT Helene was located about 90 miles east-southeast of Tuxpan, Mexico. She had sustained winds of 45 mph with stronger gusts. Her central pressure was down to 1004 millibars, or 29.65 inches of mercury. She is currently moving to the northwest at 7 mph.
